When placing your order it is essential that you have given an accurate detail of your requirements. Should you be unsure of any of the requested order information or not understand the terminology please feel free to contact us via telephone or email to help guide you through the order process. If you make a mistake when ordering please contact us immediately quoting your order details & explaining the correct detail. Dependant on timescale lapsed it may not be possible to amended your order (especially if your order is a custom made item).
Delivery timescales given by Carla Lawson Hair Extensions are approximate & generally accurate, however as we purchase high quality hair from all over the world on occasion delays can occur from suppliers & Australian customs authorities. Whilst we always endeavour to ensure timescales are met factors such as mentioned are deemed out of our control & no refunds or exchange shall be given for such delays.
When choosing a hair colour match, pictures on our shade chart & website are not 100% accurate due to photography variations & changes in computer browser settings. For accuracy it is advisable to visit us for a free colour match/consultation or send us a sample of the colour you require. We will match your hair colour to the closest match we have on a “near as basis.” (Colour rings available to wholesale clients $50)
Due to the hygienic nature of the product all hair extensions sales that have been worn are final & non-refundable. We will not refund or exchange items on a change of mind basis.
We strongly advise that once you have received your hair it is checked & washed thoroughly several times prior to installation as any fault with the product will occur during this process.
Once the hair has been cut, fitted, styled into your own natural hair no refunds or exchanges will be given.
Should you feel that the hair is faulty due to quality reasons we request that you contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your product. Upon receipt & examination of your product should we find it has been cut, coloured, worn, chemically altered, purposely damaged, burnt i.e. with use of straightening irons or curling tongs etc. No refunds or exchanges will be given. We reserve the right to forward the product back to our main suppliers for further analytic testing should it be required. No refund or exchange shall be given pending supplier testing. If no fault is present or the hair has been damaged in any way by the customer, the goods will be returned to the customer & no refund or replacements shall be given.
CUSTOM HAND-TIED WEFTS
All Hand-Tied Wefts are custom made to each clients requested specifications, therefore cancellation will not be accepted after the point of order & alterations to the order may not be possible. Specifications such as ratios, weights, colour, lengths & widths are provided on an approximate & near as basis. Refunds or Exchanges shall not be given for any custom made items.
*Please note Hand-tied wefts cannot be cut only machine made wefts can be cut.
Carla Lawson Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for any out of pocket expenses relating to faulty goods i.e. removal or reapplication costs, postage etc.
All of our products receive a comprehensive quality control process prior to sale.
