I was not genetically blessed with thick luscious hair. My hair was fine, thin and did not grow easily. Many years ago, at the young age of 16, I started using hair extensions to get the look and feel I had always desired. I never looked back.
Over the years, my passion for hair extensions grew into an obsession. I was determined to learn everything I could about sourcing and installing hair extensions. I learned very quickly the difference between quality hair extensions and low grade processed and synthetic hair.
Working closely with some of the best technicians and hair merchants in the UK and Europe, I enhanced my knowledge and skills, mastering numerous installation methods including hand-crafting my custom signature wefts.
I launched the Carla Lawson brand with one philosophy “to source quality hair extensions from around the world to give clients a brand they could trust at an affordable price”. I’m very passionate about what I do and I love nothing more than making my clients’ look and feel amazing.
